Dying to clear up a bit and get started. Please note the Paracetamol greatly needed for pain relief following ankle surgery Monday.Working on not 1, not2 but 3 baby boxes for my daughter and 2 of her close friends. Will show results when finished.
Hi Sandy I think this is first time I've had a nosey at your desk- lots to look at. Just been looking at some of your other posts - lovely work. Hope you'll soon be feeling less pain. Hope Emma and baby are well. Maybe see you at class soon. Love Anne x #145
Ow Sandy, poor you - the trouble with an ankle that hurts is that it's an end and you need ends to stop you falling! Use the push aside technique for this lot, sit with your leg up and enjoy enforced rest.
Hope the ankle gets better real soon, there is nothing worse than not being able to get where you want as quickly as you want. Hope the baby boxes are done by now. Happy belated WOYWW! Tertia #52
WOW busy and creative looking desk...need 6"x 6" space to work in tho! Sorry to hear your ankle is paining you. I think that is one of the most painful places to have surgery too! Sorry I am so late getting around but it is what it is with family, crafts, etc. time can sometimes become a premium! Have a great week and thanks for sharing. Vickie #68
Retired finally. Widow of 5 years. Life long learner-always wanting to know more and always eager to share knowledge gained. Person with many hobbies.( Knit my first cardigan at 7 years of age. Made my first dress at 12). Fond memories of going to Boyes' summer and winter sales in Scarborough to stock up wool and material supplies with my Mum. One winter when snowed in we even walked the 5 miles over the racecourse and back carrying armfuls of 'goodies'. New to card making which has helped me through my mourning. Love the buzz after each one completed-feels as though I have created a mini-masterpiece. My 31 year old daughter is now making cards although with her first child just recently born cardmaking is on hold and my 26 year old son has even had a go. Have also taken up a new outdoor sport-golf and loving that too.
Wow, hope you have some space to work there. Such a lot to look at. Hope the pain goes soon,
ReplyDeleteThought the tabs might be a new craft item, hope your ankle feeling better. Francesca #100
